The Nokor Needle is a versatile tool for subcision of acne scars and release of fibrous bands causing cellulite.
The ideal type of scar to treat with a Nokor needle is a rolling scar, which is attached to the deeper dermis and subcutis by fibrous bands. Cutting these bands with a Nokor needle allows a haematoma to develop and become organised, thus obliteratiing the space occupied by the scar.
