Why the VAD and not a mechanical toothbrush?

The base plate of the VAD is disgned to partially encircle the site of injection, distributing the vibratory stimulus perfectly around the required site of pain reduction.

The ends of the base plate are equidistant from the insertion point of the needle.

A button positioned on the head of the device facilitates using one hand to operate the device while the other hand can be used to inject.

This device is designed for giving injections.
