Woods Lamp.

 

A Woods lamp is an invaluable tool for rapid screening of tinea capitis. pityriasis versicolor and vitiligo. Two tyes are available, one from Philips Burton and the other from 3GEN.

3GEN Lumio UV - Woods Lamp

 

The DermLite Lumio UV is a modern take on the Wood’s lamp.

Similar to the DermLight Lumio, the Lumio UV contains 42 LEDs, except that the LEDs emit UV light.
